Alyse Arteaga is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker focused on telling visually-driven stories rooted in identity, culture, and place. Their work spans narrative and documentary formats, with a portfolio that includes collaborations with The Huntington Museum, The Academy Museum, Vans, Converse, and REI Co-Op Studios. Their short documentary Sheep Over Venice Pastures was featured at the 2023 Newport Beach Film Festival and won at DOC. BOSTON. In 2024, their short film Yo Recuerdo, produced with ABC and Hulu, earned a Silver Clio Award. Through each project, they aim to bring thoughtful perspective and intentional craft to stories that reflect the world around them.
